Isla Adie offers customization options to help you create the perfect handcrafted candles, wax melts, and tealights for your needs. Please review our customization policy below:
A. Customization Options
We provide several ways to personalize your candles, wax melts, and tealights:

Fragrance: Choose from our selection of fragrances or request a custom scent (subject to availability of ingredients).

Color: Select from our range of colors or request a specific shade.

Size/Shape: Custom sizes and shapes are available for certain products. Please contact us for specific requests.

Labeling: Add custom labels for your candles or wax melts, perfect for gifts, events, or branding. You can provide your own design, or we can work with you to create one.

Packaging: Custom packaging is available upon request. Options include gift boxes, eco-friendly wraps, and more.
B. Order Minimums for Customization

Custom Products: For custom products requests, a minimum order of 1 item is required.

Custom Bulk Products: For custom bulk products requests, a minimum order of 100 items is required.

Custom Fragrances: For custom fragrance requests, a minimum order of 500 items is required.

Custom Color: For basic custom color requests, a minimum order of 1 item is required. For specialty custom color requests, a minimum order of 100 items is required.

Custom Labels and Packaging: Custom labels request, require a minimum order of 1 item. Custom packaging request, require a minimum order of 500 items.
C. Lead Time for Customized Orders

Production Time: Customized orders typically require additional time for production. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to create your custom products.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
D. Customization Fees
Customization may involve additional costs depending on the nature of the request, such as custom fragrances, colors, or packaging. We will provide you with an estimate for any additional fees before starting the production of your order.
E. How to Request Customization

To request a customized order, simply fill out our customization form, or please contact us with your specifications. Provide details about:

The product(s) you wish to customize (candles, wax melts, or tealights)

The customization options you are interested in (fragrance, color, size, shape, label design, packaging, etc.)

Your desired quantity

If you have a specific deadline or event date, please mention it, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

F. Custom Orders and Refunds

Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Proof Approval: For custom labels or packaging, we will send you a proof for approval before we begin production. Once approved, we are not responsible for changes to the design after production has started.
G. Cancellation and Changes of Custom Orders

If you need to make a change to your custom order, please notify us within 24-48 hours.

Custom orders can only be canceled within 48 hours after placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
H. Limitations
While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain customizations (e.g., highly complex shapes or unique materials) may be subject to limitations based on available materials and production capabilities. We will notify you if a requested customization is not feasible.
