Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a Isla Adie service session with us! We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please review our service sessions cancellation and refund policy below: Isla Adie Service Sessions: Candle-Making workshop, Soap-Making workshop, Aromatherapy Consultation, Customization Consultation, and DIY Crafting: Cancellation by Customers: If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the session: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund or reschedule without any additional charge. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the session: You will incur a 15% cancellation fee. You may reschedule, without any additional charge. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session: You will incur a 30% cancellation fee. You may reschedule, by contacting us through phone, email, or in-store. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that Isla Adie need to cancel your session due to an emergency or scheduling conflict, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time or receive a full refund. General Terms: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through phone, email, or in-store and will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. In cases where a customers payment was made via gift cards, refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or rescheduling for future services.
